By entering or participating in the Confluence Charity Auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Proceeds from this auction support the charitable initiatives of Smile Foundation. Eligible donors may avail tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (India) and Section 501(c)(3) provisions for U.S. donors, where applicable.
• All bids placed in the auction are legally binding commitments.
• Winning bidders must complete payment within 72 hours of the auction closing.
• Artworks are sold as described in the catalogue.
• The organisers reserve the right to validate bids.
• Applicable GST, insurance, packing, and transportation/shipping charges are additional to the final bid amount and must be paid by the winning bidder.
• All artworks are offered as presented and are non-returnable, except in cases of verified transit damage.
• Each artwork is signed and stamped by the artist, carries a unique serial number, and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and a valid invoice issued by Cultural Exchanges.
• The organisers reserve the right to review, validate, or reject suspicious bids.
• Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.
• All disputes arising from this auction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
