LE:SA Membership Terms
Please read these terms before enrolling or paying.
Application and confirmation
Submitting an application does not itself confirm membership. LE:SA may contact you to clarify information and will confirm membership after reviewing your application and payment, where applicable.
Membership benefits
Membership provides the benefits described on the Membership page for the selected period. Opportunities depend on availability, eligibility and selection. Services not expressly listed as included are not automatically included.
No guarantee of commercial outcomes
Membership does not guarantee exhibitions, representation, artwork sales, collector introductions, grants, DID verification, CAWG signing or C2PA/artwork certification. Commercial activity requires separate selection and agreements.
Artwork ownership
Artists retain rights to their artworks unless a separate written sale, licence or transfer agreement provides otherwise. Artists should only submit materials they own or have permission to share.
Identity and provenance
Artist enrollment, DID control verification, CAWG creator assertions, CEPS provenance research and C2PA credential checks are distinct processes. A claim is not considered verified solely because it is submitted.
Payments and enquiries
Confirm payment recipient details before transferring funds. Keep transaction records. For a payment or membership question, contact info@culturalexchanges.in or registration@culturalexchanges.in.
Changes
LE:SA may update programme details and benefits prospectively. If a change materially affects an active membership, contact LE:SA for clarification.
