Refundable Bidding Deposit

To ensure serious participation, a refundable bidding deposit is required.

Deposit Amount: ₹500 (India) | $10 (International via PayPal)

Unsuccessful bidders will receive a refund of their bidding deposit within 5 working days after the auction closes. For international bidders paying via PayPal, transaction and processing fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount. If you win an artwork, the deposit will be adjusted toward the final purchase price.

GST, insurance, and logistics charges are additional to the hammer price and will be billed separately to the successful bidder.

Auction Bidder Agreement

• A winning bid constitutes a legally binding commitment to purchase the artwork.
• Payment for the winning bid must be completed within 72 hours of the close of the auction.
• All artworks are offered and sold as presented and are non-returnable, except in the case of verified transit damage.
• A refundable bidding deposit is required to participate in the auction.
• Applicable GST, insurance, packing, and transportation/shipping charges will be additional to the final bid amount and must be paid by the winning bidder.
•Donations made through this auction may qualify for tax deductions under applicable laws (India – Section 80G / U.S. – Section 501(c)(3)), subject to donor eligibility and receipt issuance by the partner nonprofit organization.
• The organisers reserve the right to review, reject, or cancel suspicious or fraudulent bids.
• Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.
